1. How to take an order?
Taking an order on LaserTo is easy - Just read the steps below for more information:
Join Us. If you are not our member, please click "sign up" and join us free or go ahead to product page. Members only need to login in directly.
Select the Product You Need
View the product page and choose the product you want to purchase. Click the button "Add to Cart".
Enter a Valid Shipping Address and Checkout
A list of your shopping results will appear on our page after press "add to cart" button. Fill in the blank and provide a valid address you want the product to be delivered. We will ship out the product by USPS/DHL/FEDEX. Click "Checkout".
Select a Payment Method. LaserTo support the following ways to pay for your order:
Credit card (American Express, Visa, or MasterCard).
Review and Complete the Order
Carefully check the accuracy of all information you provided. You must make sure all you have submitted is correct and then click "submit the order" We will then ship out your order within 1 to 3 days after order confirmation.
2. Where are your laser pointer shipped from?
All of orders from LaserTo.com are shipped out to worldwide via express courier. We always arrange delivery of orders from our facility in China mainland within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
3. What is the shipping cost?
LaserTo.com ships orders with the same shipping cost of $30 to any country worldwide. The shipping cost can be available in the shopping cart during your purchasing online. This cost is really very low.
4. Do you Ship Batteries?
All orders are shipped out with our facility without battery included. We are not able to ship it together with laser products as the result of strict shipping restrictions. Please insert AAA batteries or TR16340 battery appropriated into the end of your laser. Please try and check the laser if it can work well.
5. How long it will take for shipment?
Delivery time will be varying according to your country and region. It usually takes roughly 5-10 days for delivery.
6. What is delivery guarantee?
LaserTo always guarantees your successful receipt of your order. We will provide either a full refund or send you a complete new product free of charge.
7. How to track my order online?
A tracking number will be available after your order is shipped out from LaserTo.com. Please contact support@Laserto.com for an order tracking number within 2-4 days if you need it. We will be glad to provide your tracking number at an early time.
8. What's Your Warranty?
The warranty period for each product is clearly listed on each page of product description. The warranty periods of products are varying from 6 months to one year. We guarantee a replacement of defective products with new products, or repair the defective product free of charge. You are responsible for shipping cost. We are responsible to any product that we have sold out to customers.
